Grief & grieving…
What comes to mind when you think about ‘grief’?

As many of you know, Jeremy – Gumby – my son, was lost to violent crime in South Africa nearly 7 1/2 years ago. This, you probably think, is something to relate to grief, which would be true. However, loss of the normal and your expectations is also a form of grief, especially if it has life-changing repercussions for you and/or those you love. It could be anything from the loss of your job, a relationship ending which you thought was on solid ground, a loved one, and so many more things.
